Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was
marked delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any products purchased that are not shoes/footwear are final sale/non-refundable.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected and shipped back at your cost.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your new item will be processed and shipped within a certain amount of days. You will receive an email confirmation containing shipping and tracking information.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or similar item, send us an email at contactus@tennimocs.com

Unfortunately sale items are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
