Return Policy
To organize a return, please email us ASAP at contactus@tennimocs.com, we will be in contact with a return label or options to exchange. All sales of socks, accessories, polishes, creams, care kits, pedorthic adjustments, and/ or from our sale collection and/ or discounted more than half off are FINAL. Depending on the timeline, we may be able to issue store credit so please do not hesitate to email us for a return label. Item must be returned in original condition, you may forfeit the option for a full refund if your product is worn or damaged. If the return process is not facilitated by Tenni-Moc’s Shoe Store, there will be a delay in process so please exercise good communication, we are here to help and want you to be happy with your session on www.tenni-mocs.com.
